The game shown in this “trailer” was our entry and 3rd place winner for the 6th edition of the Intercollégial de Création de Jeux Vidéo du CEGEP de Valleyfield, a 45-hour game jam competition. My contribution consisted of making most of the pixel art and animations used in-game, as well as helping debug the code when needed. We wanted people to enjoy playing it again and again to try and beat their highest score and to find our game funny, in a somewhat satirical kind of way. Besides all of that, I wanted to participate in a game jam to see if I would enjoy it enough to want to do more of them in the future, as well as to experience working on a game with multiple people at the same time. I had a great deal of fun during this event and am quite proud of the result.
